Please note that upon receipt of your application, Pinnacle Strata will present your request to the Committee at the earliest opportunity.  The Committee for the Body Corporate will assess your application with reference to the registered by-laws and other factors relating to your application and the amenities of the Scheme.  In considering your request, the Committee may impose conditions which may include, but not be limited to:

  • The pet must be kept within the lot while it is present on the scheme;

  • The pet must traverse common property only for the purpose of being brought onto or taken off scheme land, at which time the pet must be appropriately restrained;

  • The pet is not permitted to cause a nuisance or interfere unreasonably with any person’s use or enjoyment of another lot or common property including, but not limited to, barking and howling;

  • Reasonable steps must be taken to minimise the transmission of airborne allergens from the pet to other lots or common property, for example, by vacuuming the lot and grooming the pet;

  • Reasonable steps must be taken to keep the pet in good health and free from fleas and parasites;

  • Any animal waste must be disposed of in such a way that it does not create noxious odours or otherwise contaminate the scheme;

  • Any approval granted only applies to one pet and does not authorise the keeping of any additional, replacement, or substitute animals on the lot.

By submitting the below form, you acknowledge that you have referred to and read the relevant by-laws for the Scheme regarding keeping of pets, and agree to adhere to those by-laws and the abovementioned conditions, should they apply to your application.
