Payment Plan Request Form
By submitting the below Payment Plan Request Form, you hereby understand that and agree to strictly adhere to the payment plan instalments and agree to the terms of the agreement, provided that the Committee accept this request.
You acknowledge that if you encounter any difficulties in meeting the commitment to make these repayments, you will contact the Body Corporate Manager.
Should the arrangement not be adhered to, the Body Corporate may:
terminate the agreement, whereupon the whole of the debt, or the balance outstanding, shall become immediately due and payable by you to the Body Corporate;
instigate legal proceedings, and to obtain judgment for the debt, plus any costs of instigating legal proceedings;
You acknowledge that –
All future levies must be paid in full by the due date.
You agree to pay all recovery fees associated with the overdue contributions, unless approval is given otherwise.
Failure to return the application form in full may result in the Committee not being able to appropriately consider the request.
Failure to attend to full payment on completion of the payment plan will result in further penalties and recovery action against your account.

Please note, Pinnacle Strata undertake the administrative and secretarial duties for your Body Corporate and do not have decision making powers. Therefore, this request will be distributed to the Committee for consideration. We encourage you to please provide as much detail as possible to ensure a favourable and reasonable outcome.
