Request for Information for Disclosure Statement

A disclosure statement is a document provided by the seller to the purchaser in the event of a contract for sale.

  • By submitting this form, you are requesting certain body corporate information to assist the seller in completing the disclosure statement.

  • The information that will be supplied includes:

    • The current levies for the lot

    • The name, address and CTS number for the Body Corporate

    • Whether the lot Owner is responsible for any improvements to Common Property

    • The name of the Committee Secretary and the Body Corporate Manager, as well as details for Pinnacle Strata

    • An Asset Register, to show whether the Body Corporate holds any assets

  • The information provided by Pinnacle Strata does not replace the seller’s obligation of disclosure. The seller of a lot remains responsible for completing the contract disclosure statement and ensuring full and accurate disclosure of information.
