A disclosure statement is a document provided by the seller to the purchaser in the event of a contract for sale.
By submitting this form, you are requesting certain body corporate information to assist the seller in completing the disclosure statement.
The information that will be supplied includes:
The current levies for the lot
The name, address and CTS number for the Body Corporate
Whether the lot Owner is responsible for any improvements to Common Property
The name of the Committee Secretary and the Body Corporate Manager, as well as details for Pinnacle Strata
An Asset Register, to show whether the Body Corporate holds any assets
The information provided by Pinnacle Strata does not replace the seller’s obligation of disclosure. The seller of a lot remains responsible for completing the contract disclosure statement and ensuring full and accurate disclosure of information.
