Request for Information Certificate

An Information Certificate is a document generated to show the amounts payable to the Body Corporate (levies and other contributions) in the Body Corporate’s current Financial Year.

The information supplied in the certificate is used to determine settlement adjustments between the buyer and seller of a Lot.

This Certificate can also be referred to as a BCCM Form 13.
