About Pinnacle Strata
Strata Management Done Differently
At Pinnacle Strata, we believe strata management should be about more than administration.
It should be about trusted advice, genuine relationships, and helping communities make informed decisions with confidence.
While many strata companies focus on processing paperwork and managing transactions, we focus on supporting people. Our role is not simply to issue notices, organise meetings, and pay invoices. We work alongside Committees and Owners to provide practical guidance, professional expertise, and proactive support that helps communities thrive.
We believe that strata management should be transparent, ethical, and focused on what is genuinely best for the Body Corporate. That philosophy has guided the way we do business since day one.
A Different Approach to Strata Management
The strata industry has changed significantly over the years. Many businesses have become larger, more transactional, and increasingly focused on volume.
At Pinnacle Strata, we have intentionally taken a different path.
We have built our business around long-term relationships, professional advice, and exceptional service. Our clients are not simply account numbers within a portfolio. Every scheme we manage receives personalised support from a dedicated team that takes the time to understand its unique needs, challenges, and objectives.
We do not believe in creating unnecessary work or charges. We do not incentivise our team to generate additional fees. Our advice is based on what is right for the Body Corporate, not what is most profitable for us.
That independence allows us to build strong relationships founded on trust, transparency, and accountability.
More Than Administration
Many people assume strata management is primarily administrative. We disagree.
The most valuable role a strata manager can provide is guidance.
Our team assists Committees to navigate complex legislation, financial planning, insurance matters, maintenance obligations, contractor management, governance issues, dispute resolution, and long-term asset planning.
We help our clients understand not only what decisions need to be made, but why they matter and how those decisions may impact their community in the future.
By providing clear advice and practical recommendations, we empower Committees to make informed decisions that protect their assets and strengthen their communities.
Built on Experience
Pinnacle Strata manages more than 7,000 lots across hundreds of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and layered community title schemes throughout Queensland.
Our team has extensive experience managing some of the region's most complex communities, including large high-rise developments, mixed-use buildings, Building Management Statement arrangements, and layered developments.
We are proud to be recognised by the Strata Community Association (Queensland), having been awarded the 2023 Strata Community Management Medium Business Award and the 2024 Strata Community Management Large Business Award.
While we are proud of these achievements, we remain focused on what matters most: delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.
Proactive, Not Reactive
We believe the best strata management happens before problems arise.
Our Managers take a proactive approach to the buildings we manage, regularly attending sites, understanding the condition of assets, identifying emerging issues, and helping Committees plan ahead.
Whether it is maintenance planning, budgeting, compliance obligations, insurance requirements, or major capital works, our goal is to help Bodies Corporate stay ahead of challenges rather than constantly responding to them.
This approach helps protect property values, reduce risk, and create more stable and successful communities.
Why Clients Choose Pinnacle Strata
Our clients choose Pinnacle Strata because they want more than a service provider.
They want a trusted advisor. They want transparency. They want a management company that prioritises their interests, provides practical guidance, and helps them make informed decisions.
Most importantly, they want confidence that their community is being managed by people who genuinely care.
That is what we deliver.
Because strata management should be done differently
